Hello

We are happy to pass on the following holiday experience for printing in the newsletter:

We spent two weeks with our family at the Laurentius family hotel in Fiss (Tyrol).
Our initial concerns about our youngest's diet (coeliac disease and milk protein allergy) were allayed by a phone call from the manager Sabine two weeks before the holidays.

She enquired in detail about coeliac disease and was looking forward to our visit.
What we experienced during the two weeks exceeded all our expectations.

We were able to go into the kitchen every day and discuss Pascal's meal directly with the chef.
And he was delighted with the special desserts he received. The hotel even went to the trouble of organising Schär flour from the pharmacy in Landeck.
So Pascal had freshly baked bread rolls on the breakfast table every morning.

We came back refreshed after two wonderful holiday weeks and can highly recommend the hotel.

Dear NEURURER family,

5 years ago and after 5 years of suffering, my current doctor realised that all my problems come from food. A special blood analysis showed that I cannot tolerate gluten, cow's milk products, protein, oranges, kiwis, hazelnuts, bananas or curry.

After 2-3 days of following these rules, I already felt much better
and my pain had practically disappeared.

Since then, we only go on holiday to hotels that are prepared to cook for me according to these rules. Of all the hotels we've been to so far, we had the best experience in theirs last January.

Your chef visited us at the table every evening to arrange my menu for the following day. Top is top !
If everything works out, we will most likely meet again in the second half of August to discover Fiss in summer. But it's still a bit early for us to set the date.
We want to wait until the vines have flowered to see when the grape harvest will be.

Dear Mrs Neururer!

Our son has coeliac disease and is dependent on a special diet.
When planning our holiday, we came across the St. Laurentius family hotel in Fiss.
Even before the actual holiday, a very varied menu (breakfast and dinner) was drawn up by telephone and email together with the chef.

After our arrival, we had our first meeting with the chef, who explained the buffet to us, among other things,
because the selection of gluten-free food was also very large.
Every day at dinner, we discussed the details for the following day's meal together. Special requests, such as homemade fish fingers and Kaiserschmarrn, fresh rolls/bread from the bakery and packed lunches for the day on the piste were all fulfilled to our complete satisfaction.

The food was also a real feast for the eyes and our son really ate everything!
The service staff were always very attentive and immediately available, e.g. it was never a problem to organise an extra bread roll at breakfast or to get seconds at dinner.
We will definitely be back!

Dear Mrs Neururer,

I can only recommend a holiday in your hotel to future guests with food intolerances or allergies.
The courteous way in which your kitchen team and all employees treat guests with intolerances is remarkable.

Shortly after my arrival, I had a chat with the chef, who went through the food list I had sent in advance with me.

In the morning I was asked about my wishes regarding dinner, even during the highlights, such as the gala dinner, my intolerance was taken into account.
At breakfast, requests made at short notice were also honoured.

Dear Mrs Neururer, you are welcome to publish this report.
Perhaps also the hint that your kitchen is the reason for this, in addition to the proximity to the piste,
that we have been spending our skiing holidays with you for about 10 years.
