Let's talk about it honestly, so that you can enjoy your holiday without a bad gut feeling.
Our chefs will be happy to take your Lactose intolerance or gluten intolerance in consideration. However, the countless special requests in terms of food tolerance now present our chefs with an unmanageable task. Even at breakfast, they have to cater for guests' various allergies, which is unfortunately no longer manageable.
We ask for your understanding that we can therefore really only limit ourselves to the most common food intolerances in the kitchen.
Lactose intolerance is just as much a part of it as gluten intolerance.
Please do not forget to inform us of these intolerances at the time of booking.
Our chef will welcome you for a chat at the beginning of your stay, where the menu is discussed.
