Tyrol's Ski Dimension Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis means: almost 214 kilometres of pistes, from family slopes to "black bargains", 68 modern lifts and 100 % snow guarantee. Just last winter, our ski dimension was once again confirmed as the No. 1 in the Alps in ski area tests.

Our family hotel Laurentius is located in the centre of the ski area, right on the slope. So you can get out of the door and into the fun. But beware: our ski area is quite large, so you could almost lose track.
If you want to regain it, the best place to do so is on the Z1 viewing platform at 2,770 metres above sea level. There is a wonderful mountain panorama on top.
Skiing needs to be learnt. That's why we have the Fiss-Ladis ski school, which takes on exactly this role. Ski kindergartens such as Berta's Kinderland take care of the perfect children's skiing experience.
For those who prefer to practise their turns, there are several snow bars or
rustic huts and mountain restaurants for professionals.
