Our sunny plateau consists of three villages: Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis.
Let's move on to the first village on the plateau, Ladis.

Ladis

The first place you reach on the way to the sunny plateau is Ladis. A real mountain village, Situated 1,200 metres above sea level, it has just 500 inhabitants. Ladis is as rural and romantic as you would expect from Tyrol, but also as lively and cosy.

Laudegg Castle, a castle dating back to the 13th century, greets you from afar. Romantically illuminated in the evening, it characterises the townscape of Ladis. The façade and fresco paintings that adorn many of the closely built houses are also typical. Yes, if you take a stroll through Ladis, you will feel a real sense of history.

Ladis has something meditative, something wonderfully dreamy.
Somehow you get the feeling of being at the end of the world in Ladis. Well, at the most beautiful end.
At the happy end, so to speak.
This is especially true for families, who will find a true paradise here.

In Ladis, families enjoy the freedom of the mountains, absolute tranquillity and alpine beauty in all its facets. But being far away from the noise of the world doesn't mean that Ladis is far away from the action.
No, no. Thanks to the free hiking shuttle bus and the Sonnenbahn cable car (see Super Summer Card), you can get from Ladis to Fiss and vice versa in no time at all.

the water hiking trail. Wonderful hiking trails that you should definitely discover, especially in summer.
