General information

• Bookings can be made by telephone, chat or e-mail.
• For fixed bookings we ask for a Deposit of Euro 500,- per room at the latest 10 days after receipt of the booking confirmation to the following account: Volksbank Fiss, IBAN-Code: AT10 4239 0001 0000 1610 BIC-Code: VBOEATWWINN
• Please understand that we not bindingly confirm certain room numbers and floors can.
• The Floor plans of the rooms are schematic.Deviations are therefore possible. All our rooms are equipped with parquet flooring.
• Dogs: 25,00 Euro per day without food.
  Your dog is welcome in our family hotel. Please note that your dog is not allowed to accompany you in the public areas of our hotel (hotel restaurant, children's club, water world ...). Your dog should be so easy to care for that it behaves quietly in the room during your absence, does not lie on the couch or bed or damage furniture. As a baby & children's hotel, we have very high hygiene standards and therefore cannot make any exceptions!
• Arrival: On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 03.00 pm. However, you are welcome to use our hotel facilities in advance. If you arrive after 6.00 pm, please let us know.
• Departure: On the day of departure the rooms are to be released by 11.00 a.m. at the latest.
• Payments: can be made by EC card, Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard and in cash.

Our general cancellation conditions

Please note our cancellation conditions:

• If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, you will receive your deposit back, minus a processing fee of € 25.00 per booking
• In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before the agreed arrival date at the latest, a cancellation fee equivalent to the room rate for 3 days must be paid.
• For cancellations later than 21 days before the start of the holiday, we will charge the booked service. The same applies to late arrival and early departure, for whatever reason.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation and trip interruption insurance.

About the European travel insurance you can do this conveniently online:

• Unexpected serious illness* of the insured guest (= the doctor confirms incapacity to travel with diagnosis)
• Serious accident or death of the insured guest Points 1 and 2 also for the 1st degree of the family circle who stayed at home! (e.g: Death of grandmother, sudden serious illness of grandchild, serious accident of sister, etc.)
• Significant material damage to the guest's property (e.g. fire, burglary, flooding, etc.)
• Loss of employment through no fault of the employer due to dismissal
• Call-up for basic military/civilian service, if cannot be postponed
• Filing for divorce after booking a joint trip
• Failure to pass the school-leaving examination if the trip was booked in advance
• Arrival of an unexpected court summons

* Restriction in the case of mental, chronic and pre-existing illnesses,
unless these become unexpectedly acute.
