On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3.00 pm at the latest. You are welcome to arrive earlier and use all the hotel facilities in the meantime.

On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11.00 am at the latest. You may use the hotel facilities free of charge until 05:00 pm

You are also welcome to use our breakfast buffet on the day of your arrival. Please let us know before your arrival so that we can prepare a table for you.

On the day of departure you can use our hotel facilities until 05.00 pm. You can lock up your most important things in our late check-out area. The lunch buffet and afternoon snack are also included on the day of departure.

If you arrive after 06.00 pm, please let us know in advance. So that you can still enjoy dinner, you must be seated in the restaurant by 08:00 pm at the latest. Our reception is open until 09:00 pm. If you arrive later, we will leave the room cards for you at the arrival area.

Super.Summer.Card
All our guests receive the Super.Summer.Card of the Serfaus Fiss Ladis region in summer.
This includes the following services free of charge.

- Unlimited use of all 11 mountain railways
- Serfaus adventure world (Murmliwasser, Murmlitrail, Hög etc.)
- Funpark Fiss (giant slide, bouncy castle etc.)
- Bus shuttle (hiking bus) between the villages of Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis
- Brezina's adventure mountains: "Pirate Trail", "Witch Trail", "Explorer Trail"
- Guided mountain hikes in Serfaus, Fiss or Ladis

You are also welcome to arrive for breakfast on the day of your arrival. Please let us know before your arrival so that we can prepare a table for you.

A free underground car park is included for every room booked.

The ski passes must be purchased separately. You can order the ski passes online in advance. We can also issue day or multi-day tickets for you directly on site at reception.

The Super. Summer. Card. is included in the price (valid from 13 June 2026 to 11 October 2026). You will receive the Super.Sommer.Card at check-in.

You can safely leave all that at home. You can find more information here

You are welcome to charge your electric car with us. We have an electric charging station in the house, where you can pay by RFID card. Please note your international roaming tariffs, unfortunately some providers charge parking and blocking fees. These tariffs are not determined by us but by your direct provider. We therefore recommend refuelling directly via the QR code and credit card, as this is the cheapest option! We ask you to bring your own charging cable from home.

The loading bay does not need to be reserved in advance. We recommend that you load your car before you leave so that there are no delays on the day of your departure. Please simply let a caretaker know when you arrive.

You can reach the Waldbahn cable car in approx. 10 minutes on foot. The valley station of the Schönjochbahn, Möseralmbahn and Sonnenbahn cable cars is approx. 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.

There is no shuttle from the hotel to the cable cars. The cable cars are just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

Paid parking is available at the valley stations. There is no charge for a stay of 120 minutes.
A daily fee of € 6.00 must be paid from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm.

The pedestrian tunnel right next to our hotel takes you directly to the first practice lift. From here, you can be pulled up and then directly across the slope to the 3 cable car valley stations. If you walk to the valley station, it will take you about 7 minutes.

All our car parks are available free of charge.

All parking spaces are located in the underground car parks.

With the Super.Summer.Card you can use all cable cars in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and the hiking bus between the villages free of charge.

The Super. Sommer. Card. is included in the price.

The Super.Summer.Card is given to you on your arrival at check-in at reception.

The card is only valid in summer.

Our chefs are happy to take your lactose intolerance or gluten intolerance into consideration. However, the countless special requests in terms of food tolerance now present our chefs with an unmanageable task. Even at breakfast, they have to cater for the various allergies of our guests, which is unfortunately no longer manageable.
We ask for your understanding that we can therefore really only limit ourselves to the most common food intolerances in the kitchen.
Lactose intolerance, like gluten intolerance, is one of them.
Please do not forget to inform us of these intolerances at the time of booking.
Our chef will welcome you for a chat at the beginning of your stay,
where the menu is discussed.

We have a vegetarian menu on the menu every day.
If you follow a vegan diet, please let us know when you make your booking. Our chefs will be happy to prepare a vegan menu for you. We ask for your understanding that we can only offer one vegan menu.

A HIPP care set (small pack of wet wipes and baby shampoo) awaits you in your room. We ask you to bring your own nappies.

We have a Hipp buffet where you can help yourself free of charge at any time. There you will find various types of fruit, vegetables and other porridges in jars. We also have cereal porridges for mixing at the buffet. Our kitchen team also prepares a fresh vegetable porridge every day. You can order this from our service team at any time. You will also find cooked, unsalted organic vegetables in the buffet area.

You are also welcome to borrow an all-terrain pushchair from us free of charge. The pushchairs do not need to be reserved, we always have enough pushchairs on site.

Our baby monitors are connected to a mobile phone receiver and to the room telephone. As soon as the baby monitor hears a noise from the child's room, you receive a call on your room telephone. This means you can take the baby monitor with you throughout the hotel.

Our pushchairs are available to you free of charge during your stay.

We have a large selection of pushchairs, so they do not need to be booked in advance.

You can hire baby pushchairs, all-terrain pushchairs or twin pushchairs (also available with carrycots) from us.

You can also hire back carriers, belly carriers and handcarts from us for your excursion. In winter, sledges with backrests are also available.

Here in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region there are numerous hiking trails suitable for pushchairs. We will be happy to provide you with recommendations and tips at reception.

The pushchair may of course also be taken into the restaurant. For reasons of hygiene, we ask you not to take the pushchair into the Family Water World.

Does the hotel offer swimming lessons for babies and children?

We offer the following swimming courses:

Swimming course:
for children aged 4 and over without an accompanying person

Baby swimming:
For babies from 4 months to 2 years with one parent
Swimming aids: Swimtrainer "Classic" will be provided!

Toddler swimming:
for children from 2 years to 4 years with an accompanying person in the water
Swimming aids: Swimtrainer "Classic" will be provided!

Mermaid swimming:
for children aged 6 and over who can already swim well (Seahorse or Penguin badge)
Prerequisite: Safe swimming and diving
The fins are provided.

Swimming course:
Cost per unit: (50 minutes) € 20.00
Individual private lessons (on request, depending on staff availability): (30 minutes) € 20.00

Baby swimming:
Cost per unit (30 minutes): € 12.00

Toddler swimming:
Cost per unit (30 minutes): € 12.00

Mermaid swimming:
Cost per unit (45 minutes): € 20.00

You are welcome to register your children for the swimming courses on site at our Star.Club, in advance by e-mail or directly online via our weekly programme.

We only offer one-to-one private lessons on request and depending on the availability of our staff. We can only inform you of this at short notice on site.

We do not offer a laundry service in our hotel. However, we do have a guest laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, which you can use at any time free of charge. You can buy detergent for € 2,00 at the reception.

We have set up a regular guest area for our guests. You collect loyalty points with every stay. The currency in this portal is called "Sterntaler". We do not have a hotel shuttle. We can organise a taxi transfer for you.

We will be happy to organise a taxi for you. Please let us know in good time so that the taxi transfer can be guaranteed.

The nearest railway station is in Landeck/Zams.

There is a public bus service from the railway station to Fiss. Alternatively, we can also organise a taxi from the station to the hotel.

The nearest airport is Innsbruck Airport.

If you are travelling by plane, we will be happy to organise a taxi transfer for you.

We offer a wide range of cosmetic and massage treatments. Here you can browse through our wide range of products.

Whether it's a facial treatment, massage or manicure/pedicure - at Laurentius, the little ones can feel really big.

We offer gentle lymphatic drainage for expectant mothers, a pregnancy massage or the Mannea Balance to stabilise the hormone balance.

So that we can guarantee you your desired date, we ask you to book the treatments in advance by telephone or e-mail.

The Laurentius cosmetics and massage department is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

You can book appointments directly at the hotel reception or in advance by e-mail.

You can pay your bill either in cash, by EC card, MasterCard or Visa.

You can pay the outstanding balance directly on site at check-out. You are also welcome to make a further bank transfer in advance.

The hotel does not offer bike hire. There are sports shops at the valley stations where you can hire various bikes.

We have an A-frame in all underground car parks - here you can hang up your bikes - please bring your own suitable locks!
Otherwise, we recommend putting the bikes back on the bike rack of the car, where they are safest! All our underground car parks are under video surveillance.

Childcare is included in the price.

Our STAR.Club looks after babies from the 6th day of life.

The children are looked after in summer and winter from Monday to Sunday from 8.30 am to 09:00 pm.

The STAR.Club offers something for everyone. Whether baby, toddler or budding teenager (up to 15 years). Here at the Laurentius STAR.Club, everyone will find the right entertainment. You can find more information on the various programme items in our Weekly programme.

Our STAR.Club also offers programmes for teens aged 9 and over.

It is not necessary to register for childcare. You can drop off your children for childcare daily between 08:30 am and 09:00 pm. Children must be registered in advance for certain programme items. You can find all information in our Weekly programme.

In our BABY.Club, babies are cared for from birth.

All our rooms are equipped with a baby monitor.

Our baby monitors are equipped with a mobile phone receiver and work via the room telephone. As soon as the baby monitor hears a noise from the child's room, it is forwarded to your room telephone. You can therefore take the phone with you throughout the hotel.

Our baby monitors are without a camera.

The range of the baby monitor is throughout the hotel. Outside the hotel, the baby monitors no longer worked.
