Worthwhile booking information

Bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail.

For fixed bookings we ask for a deposit of € 500,00 per room to the following account: Volksbank Fiss IBAN-Code: AT10 4239 0001 0000 1610, BIC-Code: VBOEATWWINN.

Please understand that we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors. The floor plans of the rooms are schematic, deviations are therefore possible.

Arrival:
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 03:00 pm at the latest. For arrivals after 06:00 pm we ask for a short notification.

Departure:
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am at the latest.

Payments:
Payments can be made by EC card, Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard and in cash.

Our cancellation conditions:
If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, your deposit will be refunded minus a € 25.00 processing fee. For cancellations up to 21 days before the agreed arrival date at the latest, a cancellation fee equivalent to the room rate for three days must be paid. For cancellations later than 21 days before the start of the holiday, we will charge the booked service - in the event of late arrival or early departure, for whatever reason, the same rule applies.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation and trip interruption insurance.
